THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grace Mwihaki Chege alias Grace M. Chege (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nakuru/Piave/2982, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in succession cause No. 372 of 2002, has issued grant in favour of (1) Clement Gachuhi Kabaya and (2) Mary W. Wachera Kuria, and whereas the said court has excuted an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Grace Mwihaki Chege alias Grace M. Chege (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the names of (1) Clement Gachuhi Kabaya and (2) Mary W. Wachera Kuria, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Grace Mwihaki Chege alias Grace M. Chege (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
