THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ruriga Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 2.06 and 0.37 hectares or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Kabare/Ngiroche/366 and 864, respectively, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Kerugoya in Succession Cause No. 194 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Mary Warware Kithaka (ID/5775835) and (2) Judith Wanjiku Ruriga (ID/30504033), and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Mary Warware Kithaka (ID/5775835) and (2) Judith Wanjiku Ruriga (ID/30504033), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ruriga Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
