THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Susan Wanjiku Njoroge Wanduma (deceased), of P.O. Box 66, Kigumo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.39 hectare or thereabouts, known as Location 20/Kambirwa/1870, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession cause No. E447 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Teresia Wambui Muiruri (ID/0817291), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Teresia Wambui Muiruri (ID/0817291), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Susan Wanjiku Njoroge Wanduma (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
