WHEREAS Yobesh Ontiria Amoro (ID/5317055), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.09 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Ngong/Ngong/34550, 34552 and 34553, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green cards issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new green cards and the missing green cards will be deemed to be of no effect, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
