REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Stephen Wanyeki Kingori, (2) Philip Thuita Kingori, (3) John Mathia Kingori, (4) Jane Wangui Githinji, (5) Paul Kingori Ndirangu, (6) Mary Wangechi Kihara, (7) Agnes Mwihaki Maigwa and (8) Lucia Wanjiku Kingori, all of P.O. Box 662, Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 8.52 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Euasonyiro Ilpejeta Block I/506, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
