NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) to the owners of the following motor vehicles Reg. Nos. KAZ002W and KBN183P to take delivery of the said goods from Elsogom (K) Limited Shimo La Tewa garage Nairobi, Shimo la Tewa Road, upon payment of storage, interest, repair and spare parts charges within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice failing which they will be sold thereafter without further reference to them either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges and the balance, if any shall remain to their credit, but should there be any shortfall the same shall be recovered from the respective owners of the above motor vehicles.
