NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act section 5 (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya and the Authority of the court Siting in Homa Bay law court under Cr. Misc Appl No. E018/2023 to the owner/custodians of Motorcycles lying idle unclaimed within Homa-bay police station yard are informed to collect them within thirty days(30) from the date of this publication and pay the cost of this publication of this notice failure to which M/S Ikimwanya Auctioneers are authorize to sale them through public auction without any other notice nor reference to the owner.
