THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dishon Oyoo Otima (deceased), of P.O. Box 91, Kendu Bay in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as C. Karachuonyo/Kogweno Oriang/43, situate in the district of Rachuonyo North, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Homa Bay in. succession cause No. 625 of 2014, has issued grant in favour of (1) Adlight Shigweto Nyana, (2) Samwel Otieno Oyoo, and (3) Osumba Esbon Oyoo, all of P.O. Box 39, Sondu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title deed in the names of (1) Adlight Shigweto Nyana, (2) Samwel Otieno Oyoo, and (3) Osumba Esbon Oyoo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dishon Oyoo Otima (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
