REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Saul Wekesa Nyongea, is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 0.27 and 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, situated in the district of Bungoma, known as E. Bukusu/N. Sang’alo/6573 and 6574, respectively, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Bungoma in ELC No. 12 “A” of 2014 has decreed that one Charles Munga Kipsang has acquired ownership by adverse possession, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument and 28th April, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Saul Wekesa Nyongea shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
