REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peterson Njuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mbeere/Riachina/188, situate in the district of Mbeere, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court in succession Cause No. 223 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Mary Mbucu Symon (ID/3764142) and (2) Angelo Ngari Njege (ID13339741), and whereas the said court has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the title deed in respect of Peterson Njuki (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in name of (1) Mary Mbucu Symon (ID/3764142) and (2) Angelo Ngari Njege (ID13339741), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peterson Njuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
