REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elijah Karanja Kahinya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.5031 hectare or thereabouts, known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 7/46, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. 143 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Francis Kimani Mwangi, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said Francis Kimani Mwangi and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Elijah Karanja Kahinya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
