WHEREAS Everlyne Ndalamwa Shiale (ID/14461673), is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kitengela/36849, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
