REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Tom Japheth Masinde Murunga and (2) Henry Wanyona Murunga, both of P.O. Box 266–40109, Sondu in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.1050 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kisumu District, registered under title No. Kisumu Municipality Block 4/340, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
