REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Njoronge Mburu and (2) Rose Wambui Storry, as the administrators of the estate of Silas Mburu Gichua (deceased), of P.O. Box 1364–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 9290/3, situate in east of Nakuru Municipality in Nakuru District, by virtue of a grant registered as 73219/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
