Box 434–80400, Ukunda in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hanna Wanjiru, formally and 1416 1416 absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Hanna Wanjiru and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anne Wanjiru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Anne Wanjiru only.
