NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya and following an authority and order under the Miscellaneous Criminal Application No. E13/2023 in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Bomet, to the owners of motor vehicles and motor cycles which are lying idle and unclaimed within Bomet Police Station, to collect the said motor vehicles and motor cycles at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to which Razor Sharp Auctioneers, Kericho shall proceed to dispose of the said motor vehicles and motor cycles by way of public auction on behalf of Bomet Police Station if they remain uncollected/unclaimed: KAR 307Q, Toyota Corolla Matatu; KAE 130K, Nissan Sunny; KBC 755Z, KZC 799, KBA 251, Mitsubishi Pajero; Chassis No. NZE 10- 0227090, Toyota; Chassis No. KSP90-2000225, Toyota; 31st March, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE Motor Cycles Boxer Bajij, Reg.
