PURSUANT to section 49 (1) of the Nakuru County Alcoholic Drinks Act, 2014, the County Executive Committee Member for Trade appoints the County Alcoholic Drinks Control Enforcement Co- ordination Committee. (a) Chief Officer, Trade — Chairperson, (b) One authorized Officer as appointed under section 49, (c) Officer responsible for co-ordination of County Government functions in the County, (d) The County Public Health Officer, (e) Officer-in-Charge, Kenya Police Services in the County, (f) Officer-in-Charge, Administration Police Services, (g) Kenya Bureau of Standards Officer, (h) Anti-Counterfeit Agency Officer, (i) Weights and Measures Officer, (j) Any other Officer as the Governor may designate.
