IT IS notified for the information of the general public that pursuant to provisions of the County Governments Act, 2012 and the County Assembly Service Act, 2017, the following persons have been approved by the County Assembly and approved to serve in the Lamu County Assembly Service Board— Mukhlis Hamid Sultan, Fahima Arafat Abdalla (Ms.), their tenure and responsibilities are as spelt out in section 12 (5) and (7) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and section 11 of the County Assembly Services Act, 2017.
