THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Robinson Hinga Tetu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kericho, known as Kericho/Londiani (Kivuni)/Block4/348, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kikuyu in succession cause No. 18 of 2012, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favor of (1) Lewis Tetu Hinga and (2) Zakayo Njoroge Hinga and whereas the land title deed in respect of Robinson Hinga Tetu (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed in the name of (1) Lewis Tetu Hinga and (2) Zakayo Njoroge Hinga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Robinson Hinga Tetu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
