THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Muthama Waweru (ID/1347040), is the legal owner of that piece of land containing 0.418 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 1/2797 (Missouri), and whereas the land title deed was issued to Simon Macharia Mwangi under unclear circumstances, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced by Peter Muthama Waweru to show that the land belongs to him, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued to Simon Macharia Mwangi and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed to Peter Muthama Waweru provided that no objection has been received within that period.
