WHEREAS Yung Traders Limited, of P.O. Box 50000, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.70 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kitengela/6125, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land green card issued thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the green card as provided that no objection has been received within that period.
