REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Henry Mwangi Mbugua (ID/2000108) of P.O. Box 51522, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nginda Samar Block 2/527, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided that no objection has been received within that period.
