WHEREAS Farida Harun Abdulla, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 314/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered in LT. 37, Folio 354, File 1135, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file and folio in respect of this title has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof unless a written objection is received within that period I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file and folio as provided that no objection has been received within that period.
