THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jadva Parbat and (2) Shivji Jadva Parbat, both of P.O. Box 90643–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 2.02 acres or thereabout, known as portion No. 629, Malindi, situate in the Malindi Municipality in the Malindi District, registered as L.T. 21 Folio 406/7 File No. 3885, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the folio in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and the administrator of the registered owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the folio under the provisions of section 33 (5).
