WHEREAS (1) Mathias Mwalimu Kaingu, (2) Jonathan Mendeleo Kaingu, (3) Kazungu Kambi Baya, (4) Swaleh Ali Baya, (5) Jackson Charo Kambi, (6) Safar Kambi Baya, (7) Kazungu Kambi Baya, (8) Kadzo Kimbi Baya, (9) Kafedha Kambi Baya, (10) Gilbert Gunga Baya, (11) Sidi Karisa Nzai, (12) Swaleh Ali Baya, (13) Madaraka Gunga Baya, (14) Kadzo Gunga Baya and (15) Rehema Gunga Baya, are personal representatives of the (1) Kaingu Baya, (2) Thoya Baya, (3) Katana Baya, (4) Kambi Baya Chea and (5) Gunga Baya, the registered proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Kaloleni/Chalani/84, and whereas sufficient evidence has been 1388 1388 adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
