WHEREAS Meshack Moturi Siro (ID/34635789), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0364 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisii, registered under lease No. Kisii Municipality/Block 1/744, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another certificate of lease and the said missing certificate of lease be deemed of no effect.
