REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Nzioka Kungu, of P.O. Box 80796–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor 1378 1378 leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0465 hectare or thereabouts, known as plot No. 2907/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. C.R. 34405/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
