THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Cofftea Agencies Limited, of P.O. Box 217–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold interest from the government of Kenya, of all that piece of land containing 0.1496 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, known as L.R. No. 9944/I/MN, registered as C.R. 29851, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period under the provisions of section 33 (3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
