REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ahmed Naaman Aly Muses, of P.O. Box 81347– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as plot No. 542 and 651/II/MN, containing 13.6 acres or thereabout, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 6386, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
