TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By (1) Ali Mohamed Kombe, (2) Said Mohamed Charo, (3) Seif Mohamed Said and (4) Salima Mohamed, the deceased’s children, for a grant of probate of the will of Mohamed Charo Kitsao, who died at Kaloleni, on 16th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By James Dida Chula alias Shaban Dida, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dida Kailo Dida, who died at Mwakirunge, , on 28th July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
