TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2023 By Selina Achieng Anyona, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Opiyo Otieno, who died at Barchando, on 24th July, 2011. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2023 By Magaret Anyango Onyango, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muhoma Ndede, who died at Tingare East, on 11th July, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
