Box 70, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasmiel Okoth Ochola, who died at Rabuor, on 27th July, 1991. CAUSE NO. 177 OF 2023 By Patrick Odongo Odago, of P.O. Box 45, Kadongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexius Odago Atito alias Alecks Odago, who died at Kasewe A., on 13th May, 2000. CAUSE NO. 189 OF 2023 By (1) Joshua Odoyo Awino and (2) Lona Akoth Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 134, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ebel Obel Okindo alias Obel Okindo, who died at North Kamagak, on 25th June, 1998. CAUSE NO. 190 OF 2023 By (1) Caren Adoyo Bulwa and (2) Doris Akinyi Bulwa, both of P.O. Box 84, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Bulwa Onyango Odongo, who died at Kamenya North, on 21st November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
