TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E461 OF 2022 By (1) Jane Anyango Mugar and (2) Elizabeth Zeitun Ogege, the deceased’s mother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Okech Mugar, who died on 31st December, 2007. CAUSE NO. 641 OF 2022 By Margaret Awiti Miruka, of P.O. Box 4210, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Miruka Ochogo, who died on 11th January, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
