TAKE NOTICE that applicatios having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2022 By Jane Anguro Ochola, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agustino Maganga Guda alias Maganga Guda, who died on 30th May, 1990. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2022 By Robert Otieno Nyawanda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Heny Nyawanda Oguk, who died on 7th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2022 By Moses Aluma Muku, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muku Oluga, who died on 15th June, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
