TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 162 OF 2022 By Margaret Achieng Omuniala, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sindani Injiri alias Sindani Injiri, who died at Ebukhunza Sub-location, on 18th September, 2002. CAUSE NO. 292 OF 2022 By Tim Okonda Andrew Mweseli, of P.O. Box 153, Emuhaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Clyde Mweseli, who died at Mumbita Location, on 26th January, 2004. CAUSE NO. 340 OF 2022 By Zainabu Alekwa Omido, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salim Asamba, who died at Bukulunya Sub-location, on 19th December, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
