TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2022 By (1) John Ngunzwa Mulalya and (2) David Muthui Mulalya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mulalya Mwatoo alias Mulalya Mulila Kasia, who died at Mwingi Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 13th September, 2013. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2022 By (1) Susan Mwende Kimanzi and (2) Joseph Kamami Mbuvi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbuvi Kyenza, who died at Mwingi Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 25th April, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
