TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 171 OF 2022 By (1) Munyua Itumu and (2) Silvano Wachira Munyi, both of P.O. Box 72, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Itumu Mururu, who died at Gitubiri, on 28th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. 259 OF 2022 By (1) Eston Kithumbu Mugo and (2) Jacob Muchiri Mugo, both of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Mugo Ngungi alias Mugo Ngungi, who died at District Hospital, Mbeere in Kenya, on 4th October, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
