E21 OF 2023 By Ajelina Akola Malala, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Malala Atwoli alias James Malala, who died at Wambulishe in 2001. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2023 By Simon Omukhwaya Omusina, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omusina Amakobe alias Omusina s/o Amakobe, who died at Mundeku in 1977. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2023 By Joseph Amenya Mbendo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Mbendo Osienyo alias Mbendo s/o Osienyo alias Mesheck Mpendo alias Meshack Mpendo, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya in 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
