TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 84 OF 2023 By Lilian M’Mbone Majani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saulo Sebwa, who died at Mahanga, on 28th May, 1973. CAUSE NO. 108 OF 2023 By Tom Mboya Midigo, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otsieno Ambwaya alias Harold Otieno Ambwaya, who died on 23rd November, 2016. CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2023 By Silas Sandaji Kidusu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shem Kidusu Alusa, who died at Kisatiru Sub-location, on 11th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
