TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2023 By Mary Kageha Musoda, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Musoda Kidiabai alias Musoda Festo, who died at Ivola Sub-location, on 24th August, 1971. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2023 By Evance Sanguya Abayi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abayi Ambuni alias Shadrack Amboni Kayange, who died at Mwembe Sub-location, on 21st June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
