E46 OF 2023 By Agnes Imali Atsiaya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Atsiaya Mudidi alias Thomas Asiaya Mudidi, who died at Jumuia Kaimosi Hospital in Kenya, on 14th October, 2019.
