TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By Prisca Kinya Mathew, of P.O. Box 703–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Mwirigi Mwithimbu, who died at Nairobi Womens Hospital, on 16th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023 By (1) Stephen Mutuambugu Kiambi and (2) Felix Muchui, both of P.O. Box 2660, Meru in Kenya, the decesaed’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutuambugu Kanjiru alias Mutuambugu Kanjiru Kanjiru, who died at Kathiiriri Gatuune, on 28th January, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
