TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th March, 2023 CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2023 By (1) Paulina Kiuria Mworia and (2) Peter Mungiria Kinoti, both of P.O. Box 2660–60200, Meru in Kenya, deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aliphonce Kinoti M’Nthie, who died at Gaitu Kamarigu, on 17th September, 2007. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2023 By Simon Mwirigi M’Mugwika, of P.O. Box 62, Gaitu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mugwika M’Maiti alias Mugwika Maiti, who died at Nkandone, on 17th December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
