Box 293, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Miringu Maganjo, who died at Kihiu Mwiri, on 6th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By Joshua Kioko Nthenge, of P.O. Box 66, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthenge Kiawa, who died at Mianyani, on 31st August, 2015. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By (1) Annah Kavesu Musau and (2) Pius Nthenge Musau, both of P.O. Box 52, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musau Muli, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 9th June, 2008. E22 OF 2023 By Robert Kanyi Njau, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Njau alias Simon Mwangi Njau, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 20th June, 1998.
