TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2023 By Monicah Wangari Kamau, of P.O. Box 85, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Mwangi, who died at Kianjogu, on 13th September, 2007. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2023 By Naftary Mwaura Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Mwangi Marima, who died at Giathaini, on 8th December, 1989. CAUSE NO. 47 OF 2023 By Danson Ngure Wainaina, of P.O. Box 268, Kangari in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jesse Wainaina Itau alias Jessee Wainaina Itau, who died at Kiumu, Kamukabi, on 18th November, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
