TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 352 OF 2022 By James Chacha Moronge, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Chacha Mosenda, who died at Ikerege Location, on 4th October, 1996. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2023 By Yunes Abuga Nyakango, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Abuga Nyakango alias Samwel Abuga Nyakango, who died on 17th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
