Box 143, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs, Koech Lelei & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiru Kangara, late of Lainguse Sub-location, who died there, on 7th April, 1991. CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2023 By (1) Nganga Kiiro Kimotho and (2) Michael Kinyanjui Kiiru, both of P.O. Box 2963–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiiru Kamotho, late of Simat, who died there, on 19th July, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
