TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2022 By Isaac Mutinda Wambua, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munguti Kieti, who died at Kanyongonyo, on 20th March, 2014. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By Margret Ngile Musila, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Musila Nguutu, who died at Kitui, on 2nd February, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
