TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 436 OF 2021 By (1) Antony Kamau Njuguna, (2) Francis Njuguna Karanja and (3) Margaret Nyambura Njuguna, all of P.O. Box 162–10101, Karatina in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Njeri Njuguna, who died at Silanga, on 5th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. 310 OF 2022 By Geoffrey Maina Thauri, of P.O. Box 196, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thauri Wainaina, who died at Miharati, on 4th January, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
