E13 OF 2023 By Kamau Kungo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Virginia Kio Kungu, who died at Maraigushu, on 18th May, 2002. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2023 By Samson Njuguna Chege, of P.O. Box 1, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chege Kimere, who died at Ol Kalou Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 30th March, 2015. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2023 By (1) Josphine Wanjiru Ndungu and (2) Antony Thuku Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Ikenye, who died at Mirera, on 10th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2023 By (1) Ndegwa Kamau and (2) Lucy Njeri Kamau, both of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Kairigo Kamau, who died at District Hospital, Naivasha in Kenya, on 28th April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
